BOOK COVER DESIGN: THE LORD OF THE RINGS

In this book cover artwork made for a classic fantasy novel “The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers”, I use elements from the story itself to bring the design to life.
THE DESIGN
For the title, I used the Ringbearer font, a gothic font also known as Lord of the Rings, adding modifications to the stroke and incorporating an outer glow effect to resemble the ring itself. The Stempel Garamond LT Std font complements the cover’s textual elements, balancing the title font’s weight and making the content lighter and more legible. All graphic elements were created in Photoshop using various tools and blending modes.
